WordPress plugin
Download the Citedon Connector.
The connector applies the agent-ready schema your Citedon project generates, additively through Yoast or Rank Math, and keeps it current as the AI engines change. Free to install. You connect it to your Citedon account with a site key.
Version 1.4.0 · GPLv2 · Automatic updates from the directory · Works with Yoast, Rank Math, or on its own
Install
Connected in four steps.
Get your site key
In your Citedon dashboard → create a project and issue a site key. Copy the Core URL, Project ID, and key (the key is shown once).
Install the plugin
In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New, search "Citedon Connector", then click Install and Activate. (Or upload the citedon-connector.zip you downloaded.)
Paste and connect
Open Settings, Citedon. Paste the Core URL (https://citedon.com), your site key, and Project ID, then click Test connection.
Turn it on
Tick "Apply Citedon agent-ready schema to this site" and Save. Citedon now keeps your pages agent-ready and re-checks them over time.
Safe by design
It augments your site, it does not touch your content.
Additive only
It adds the missing schema; it never edits your content or overwrites your existing markup.
No duplication
If your site already declares a schema type, Citedon wires into it instead of adding a second one.
Reversible
Deactivate the plugin or turn off the toggle and it stops. Uninstalling removes every setting it stored.
